Searching for a sublease Jan-May 2013 in Duluth, Minnesota

I live on West Saint Marie Street, Duluth, MN xxxx3 and am looking for a sublease for my room. It is the master bedroom with a lot of space! I fit a bed, desk, couch, bookshelf, and mini fridge in it. Also, the closet is pretty big as well!There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, a kitchen, living room, dining room, and basement (with a nice ping pong table). I have two female roommates who are looking for me to find a female sublease. A female college student is preferred. The house is within walking distance to UMD campus (approx 5-7 minutes to get to the UMD library).
